The Town Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the Town. These duties include acting as the Utilities Director, Planning/Zoning and Code Enforcement Officer, and oversight of daily financial matters. The Town Manager executes policies adopted by the Board of Commissioners and operates under authority given by North Carolina General Statutes (Chapter 160A-148).
