Garbage & Recycling
The Town of Grifton contracts solid waste management to Waste Industries, Inc. who is responsible for the collection of solid waste and recycling. There are certain limitations as to what is picked up by Waste Industries, these are addressed below.
Waste Industries provides one roll-out container for solid waste collection per each residential unit. Waste Industries is not responsible for picking up any solid waste that is not in the container. If you need an additional roll-out container, please contact the Grifton Town Hall, (252) 524-5168. There will be an additional charge of $6.50 per month added to your utility bill.
