Friday night, 10/29 from 6 to 9 pm – Museum open, cannon firing over the Creek, and homemade vegetable soup available for purchase.
Saturday, 10/30 9:00 – 5:00 ShaZam food truck available as early as 7am for breakfast as vendors, exhibitors, etc set up. Everyone ready at 9am inside the Museum, on the grounds, and at the Overlook Park across the street.
10:30 The History of the Pitt County Courthouse presented by Nancy Ray.
1:00 Portsmouth Island presented by Jim White
2:30 Forgotten Tales of North Carolina presented by Roger Kammerer
Museum open all day with quilters, soapmakers, etc inside.
New Native American artifact display inside as well.
Outside demonstrators will include reenactors from the Revolutionary War and Civil War, civilian and military medicine, Native American crafts, and more.
